He looked very good striding away to win this in better time than the R65 race and in the best sectionals. He looks a progressive type worth following.

Rose Crescent Race 6 Te Rapa 7 May

In a race where the sectionals show the tempo suited the first three in running, who fought the finish out, she did well to get up for fourth after getting in tight room 300 metres out. Looks a definite improver.

Yamuna Race 4 Riccarton Park 7 May

She may be 7 years old, but the way she found the line in the best last 200 metres shows she just needs a bit more give in the track and she can win. It was her first run back in R65 grade for a while and she will be fitter next up.

Rainman Race 8 Riccarton Park 7 May

In a race where the tempo suited the on pace runners, to come from last was an excellent effort for second. 2000 metres is his pet distance so maybe next up over that journey, he can win again.
