After setting an even pace, he kicked very well on the corner and soon put it beyond doubt. He has to be a realistic chance in the Foxbridge Plate next month. His race fitness will give him an edge.

Silver Javelin

She was snagged back from the wide draw and came home strongly for fourth in excellent sectionals. Just needs a good draw to be hard to beat.

Race 10 Te Rapa, 6 July

Irrigate

She had to snag back from the widest draw, but did very well to almost win. Her sectionals were very good in the context of the meeting and she was unlucky at her previous start. There is a win in her coming up.

Race 3 Hastings, 6 July

Sea The Dream

He was caught 3 wide in the open on an even pace and did very well to hold on for fourth. Ready to strike from a more favourable draw.

Race 4 Hastings, 6 July

Justaskme

He was tailed off in this but did very well to get up for fifth. His sectionals were excellent. He is right on track to repeat his win on his home track later this month.
