• IP address and GPS on desktop/mobiles to find your general location for the purpose of providing data relevant to your location (e.g. Stockists, Promotions and store).

How do we use your Personal Information?

We use the Personal Information collected:

We may disclose your Personal Information to the Racing Integrity Board or any other entity to allow them to undertake their functions under the Racing Industry Act 2020 or any other racing integrity legislation.

Content Providers, Advertisers and Partners

We may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements we believe may be of interest to you. We do not control the practices of content providers, partners and advertisers connected with the Website and to whom you provide personal information whilst using the Website or services.

Opting in and Opting Out

You have the option to:

1. opt out and not receive certain services, marketing materials (including from third parties) or participate in certain interactive areas; or

We will action your request in most cases, but may however, preserve the content of any email or Personal Information we hold if we believe we have a legal requirement or other legislative right to do so.

If there is a legal reason why we decide not to provide you with access to all or some of your Personal Information, or if we don’t agree with your suggested corrections, then we will provide you with the legal grounds for our decision.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Our updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website which will be effective on the same day as posting.

By continuing to access the Website, you agree to be bound by the amended Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with the changes to the Privacy Policy, then please stop using our Website or interacting with us in a way that provides us with your Personal Information.
