The trials scheduled for Avondale on Tuesday 12 July will now be at Cambridge. Avondale has received a lot of rain and a significant amount more is forecast leading into Tuesday. They are due to race there on 20 July, eight days after the scheduled trial meeting. This decision has been made in consultation with the trainers’ association and several northern clubs.
