Waverley July 25 – Race 5

 

 

Showed plenty of promise in his first campaign, running top races for second placings in August and September in his only two starts. A similar performance again will take him close to a first-up win here.

 

 

Te Rapa July 26 – Race 1

 

 

Has been knocking on the door with seven placings from 11 starts so far. Ran second at Tauranga behind the Listed Ryder Stakes contender Accentuate. Looks close to a well deserved maiden win.

 

 

Otaki July 26 – Race 1

 

 

Followed a three-length win at this venue in June with another impressive victory at Hawera on July 15. Can make it three in a row here.

 

 

Te Aroha July 27 – Race 1

 

 

Former black-type performer on the flat and ran a very encouraging second in his hurdling debut. Can go one better.
