Even a slow tempo could not keep her out. She came home in the best closing sectionals and was loving her work. She has been looking for ground and can only improve off that dominant win.

Lord Donovan

He came home strongly late for fourth in the fastest closing sectionals all day. Looks ready to strike again.

Race 2 Pukekohe, 6 April 

Kealoha

In what was a sit and sprint home, she did well to grab second in excellent sectionals. Won second up last campaign and looks set to repeat the pattern.

Race 8 Trentham, 6 April

Nancy She Wrote

She got back from the wide draw and ran home strong after being held up on the corner. The last 200m was the fastest of the race and she must be hard to beat next up with a decent draw.

Race 6 Ruakaka, 3 April

Sayan

With a bit more luck he would have won this race after trailing the leader. He didn't get out until it was almost over and ran the quickest closing sectionals. Watch for him next up.
