Race 9 Te Rapa, 16 December

Channel Surfer

After settling back off the strong pace being set, he got home strongly and won easily in the end. The time was fast and the sectionals were dominant. Should be one to follow over his next few starts.

Race 7 Te Rapa, 16 December 

All Shook Up

He raced back and was held up on the corner, then weaved his way through for a top second in the fastest last 400 and 200 metres. The trainer said before the race he is very well and just needs a decent tempo to win.

Race 2 Trentham, 16 December

Tanzanite Rose

She raced at the back of the field and looked good coming down the outside for a close third in the best sectionals. Very consistent and looks a winner over the Christmas period.

Race 2 Ascot Park, 16 December

Our Flash Harry

He set the fastest first 400m all day when leading and was run down late by the horse in the trail. He will improve improve with that and should be very hard to beat nest up.

Race 9 Tauranga, 15 December 

Stunning Maire

From back in the field she was held up in the straight but came home in the best last 200m for ninth. Looks ready to win as she will improve with that run.
