Race 6 Riccarton Park, 11 November

Kana

This smart mare made it four wins from twelve starts with a decisive win once more. She was allowed to find her feet but once she was in clear air and balanced up she unleashed a strong finish to win in the strongest closing sectionals of the race. Based on that, she hasn't finished winning yet.

Race 5 Riccarton Park, 11 November

Maria Farina

A jump in the air at the start of the race didn't help her chances and she settled in the rear. But she came home very nicely in the best sectionals indicating that 1200m in a weeks time will be ideal.

Race 10 Riccarton Park, 11 November

Richard Stomper

After settling second outer in a strong first 400m of 24.41, he stuck on very gamely for second in a good field. He will fitter for that run and third up next start, looks hard to beat.

Race 7 Te Rapa, 11 November 

Winning For All

He set a fast pace ( 1st 400 23.81 ) and was run down late for third over 1300m.  And he lost a plate as well. Back to 1200m and a softer lead could well see him hold on.

After setting a solid tempo and being taken on, he only just went down in a fast run race. Bred to be good and looks a quick improver.
