Happy to take the $5.50 currently available for this well-bred mare with upside who hasn’t had any favours since campaigning for Andrew Carston in the South Island. This race looks to set up very well for her 3^rd up, with an abundance of speed engaged in this race, Pisco Sour should be able to settle back from the wide draw (9) and mount her run late under Kylie Williams. Side winkers now go on, she gets a firmer turf surface to work with here, I had her priced around the $3.00 mark in what looks a very winnable race for her.

His last start was his first for 6 months, where he was caught wide and working throughout from go-to-whoa. Now second up, stepping up to the mile from a low gate (2), Haggle looks much better placed to show the huge talent he has shown glimpses of to date. In this big field, he may end up settling behind-midfield on the rail, which will give him a much better opportunity to be hitting the line strongly. $10.00 looks a great price, as his best form would win this race with even luck.
