Lincoln Lady

Of the three 1230m races, she ran by far the quickest race-time and in the quickest last 600m of the day. She improved nicely for this second up and expect her to be very hard to beat next time, up in grade.

Race 2 Ashburton, 6 July

Water Lilies

With the better draw and the blinkers going on, she raced much better for second in the second best sectionals. Should be right at her peak next up.

Race 3 Awapuni, 8 July 

Pepeha

He closed off in the second best sectionals for second and looks primed to win third up.

Race 8 Awapuni, 8 July

Kingfisher Lad

He settled well off the pace and stuck well for third in good sectionals. Will improve with that and should be hard to beat next up.

Race 2 Te Rapa, 8 July

Silver Javelin

After settling back she came strongly down the outside in excellent sectionals. She looks like further ground will suit.
