Race 4 Cambridge, 24 June

Iroquois Falls

She settled behind a solid tempo and won very well under hands and heels. Her sectionals were excellent and her race time was better than the R7 race.

Race 7 Pukekohe, 21 June

Farrenc

She was stuck 3 wide on the pace and did very well to fight on for third in good sectionals. At her third run back, watch out for her.

Race 2 Oamaru, 22 June

Tengiz

After trailing the leader she was out on the turn and won easily although she is still learning. Her sectionals and race time were excellent compared to better class races and she should be hard to beat up in class.

Race 5 Wanganui, 23 June

Valley King

After getting back from a slow start, he moved closer wide and powered home in excellent sectionals and in faster time than the R60 race. One to follow from the Myers stable.

Race 7 Riccarton, 24 June

Jakkalnuts

He settled back and then used petrol to go to the lead midrace when then pace slackened. He fought on very well in good sectionals considering he had done that extra work.
