Narrowly beaten into third after being well back in the run and charging over the top of rivals. Best form has ben on his home track but has obvious ability and no reason why he can’t take it elsewhere.

Race 5 Pukekohe, February 18

WARSAW

Big run up the inside to grab third in the Avondale Guineas. That was just his fourth start and while he might be a touch behind the best of his age-group, he has a big future.

Race 3 Ascot Park, February 18

HENRY HUBBER

Hard not to notice his massive late run for second to a smart sort. Blinkers worked and he doesn’t to improve much to get a win next time.
