Chase ‘N’ Gold Race 3 Te Rapa 31 July

After getting back he got out into the better stuff later in the straight and came home in the quickest sectionals. He only got going in the better ground in the last 200m and is one to keep an eye out for on better ground.

Sectional Standouts

Wessex Race 6 Te Rapa 31st July 

She was trapped in the slower ground all the way and still found the line gamely for fourth. She won his race at Pukekohe really well and is one is one to watch out for in her 3yo career.

Viktor Vegas Race 9 Te Rapa 31st July 

Once he got to the fast strip out wide he wound up well to run a solid third in the strong sectionals. Watch out for him over more ground.

Diogenes Race 10 Te Rapa 31st July 

He was unlucky to have no option but to come through on the slower inner ground and just went down. That's two good runs now and third up will be spot on for a winning effort.

The First Link Race 11 Te Rapa 31st July 

The first time he starts over 1600m he looks a winner. His closing sectionals were the best in this and it took a good effort by the winner to hold him out.
