She only ran seventh after getting back from a wide draw, but ran the quickest last 400 and 200 metres. 1600m with a decent tempo in it will be ideal for her next-up.

Anchor Me Race 1 Ashburton 16 October

He did a remarkable job to just go down, after having a tough run in the open. His last 200 metres was still the fourth fastest and he will be spot on next-up to go one better.

She did very well to be on a hot speed (first 400m in 23.73) in the race and hold on for second. Very fit now, and in the right race next-up, should win.
