For a horse rated 57, he did very well to run fourth in the best last 400 and 200 metres. Back in R65 grade with 3kgs off again, he has to be harder to keep out.

Unacceptable Race 5 Ellerslie 5 June

After getting back, she charged home down the outside in the best last 200 metres. Her winning strike-rate isn't the greatest, but on that, she can pick up a R65 race in her next couple of starts.

Sweet Clementine Race 6 Ellerslie June 5

Not everything has gone her way lately but her second placing in the open sprint was another indication of her ability. Deserves a turn.

Zoey Satin Race 1 Wanganui 5 June

She was certainly the eye-catcher down the outer late and running the best closing sectionals in all categories backed that up. Looks a good bet next time over 1400m or further.

Lucky Park Race 6 Wanganui 5 June

The way she flew home for fourth after getting into tight quarters, and running the best last 600, 400 and 200 metres, means she can pick up another win soon.

Kerany Race 7 Wingatui June 6

Bounced back from below-par effort to finish second despite a rocky run in the home straight. Stay with her.

Our Craftsman Race 8 Ellerslie June 7

Tried hard off the back of a hurdle trial win to go down narrowly. Has the credentials to make the grade when he turns to jumping.
