The Cup Carnival kicks off with Classic Day this Saturday. Classic Day is a celebration of timeless classics and oozes sophistication and indulgence. If traditional race wear is your go to - think mid length dresses, retro accessories and tidy up-dos. There will be plenty of action on-course, with the group 1 Levin Classic being run, featuring the likes of Madison County, Espresso Martini and Autumn Flash.

As Wellington Racing Club puts it themselves - there’s no party like it! Join the electrifying atmosphere of Wellington’s most glamorous and thrilling raceday. With live performances from SACHI, Sons of Zion and DJ Sean Hill, plus the George FM Groove Garden, Cup Day is sure to have you dancing the afternoon away. If fashion is more your thing, let the racetrack become your runway and enter the Singapore Airlines Fashion in the Field Competition - you might just win a trip to London! 

 

 

Interislander Summer Festival heads to Wellington on the final day of their carnival and creates the perfect family day out! With a kids fashion in the field, bouncy castle, petting zoo, face painting and the More FM Kids go Racing area, there is plenty to keep the little ones entertained while you enjoy a relaxed summer’s raceday at one of New Zealand’s most iconic racetracks.
