The $80k Team Wealleans Matamata Cup (LR - Open Hcp 1600m) which was taken out of the October programme due to the late movement of The Arrowfield is now confirmed for Friday 20 December at Matamata’s Twilight/Christmas Meeting. A consequential change is at Te Rapa the following day where there will be a R75 1600m which was previously an Open. Thanks to both Clubs and The Sponsor for accommodating these alterations.

This change of dates for The Matamata Cup has received Pattern Committee approval.
