The Feature Raceday programmed for Saturday 17 June is to be transferred from Trentham to Awapuni. The Trentham racecourse received 182mm of rain in May and a substantial amount since their recent raceday on 27 May where the track was particularly heavy. The long-term forecast for Palmerston North appears more favourable than that of Upper Hutt. The licence will be retained by the Wellington RC and the intention is to run this meeting on the outside bend at Awapuni. The programme remains the same.
