Due to the recent inclement weather and extra race days at Matamata the scheduled Wednesday 8 February day has now been transferred to Taupo.

The decision will also ensure the Matamata Track is given the best opportunity to recover for Matamata Breeders Stakes Raceday on Saturday 25 February.

Due to competing events & TAB servicing the scheduled 8 February meeting will now be run on Tuesday 7 February.

The 1600m races will be run over 1800m. Nomination close Friday 3 February and Rider declarations Sunday 5 February.
