In order for the grass surface at Awapuni to be in the the best possible condition for Fielding Gold Cup day and with the Otaki track is undergoing a mini track renovation, the following licence and venue changes have been approved by TAB NZ over the next four weeks. There will be some minor distance adjustments with the 2YO race at Woodville now 1100m (was 800m at Otaki).

Thursday 13 October – Woodville-Pahiatua RC at Woodville (was Manawatu RC at Awapuni)

Friday 21 October – Waverley RC at Waverley (was Woodville - see above and below)

Thursday 3 November – Woodville-Pahiatua RC at Woodville (was Otaki-Maori RC)

 Furthermore the trial meeting that was scheduled for Waverley on Tuesday 18 October will now be held at Foxton.
