The 1kg jumping allowance brought in earlier in the 2022 Jumping season will be removed from 1 August 2022 for the remainder of the jumping season. The 1kg uplift was always intended as a temporary measure and has been removed after consultation with the trainers’ association, the national  jumping co-ordinator and the jockeys’ association.
