Under Level 2 Protocols, decisions are made by clubs or by NZTR whether a race meeting may cater to and safely host managed groups. As the Te Rapa and Cambridge meetings will operate under Level 3 protocols, these must be closed doors meetings.
Owners letters for race meetings will also make this clear and will provide pre-booking requirements for meetings where limited attendances are provided.

Closed Door Meetings

The following meetings will be run as ‘closed door’ meetings:

Tuesday 2^nd                  Waikato RC races (Level 3 region)

Wednesday 3^rd             Cambridge JC races (Level 3 region)

Wednesday 3^rd             Woodville RC trials

Thursday 4^th                 Matamata RC trials

Thursday 4^th                Otaki RC races

Thursday 4^th                Ashburton RC trials

Saturday 6^th                  Waikato RC races (Level 3 region)

Limited Attendances

Respective clubs have decided that the following meetings will provide for limited pre-booked attendances for owners, sponsors or other defined groups:

Tuesday 2^nd                  Otago RC races

Saturday 6^th                  Canterbury JC races

Sunday 7^th                   Waipukurau JC races @ Hastings

Attendees admitted to these meetings must adhere to restrictions on movement, and requirements to scan on entry and wear masks.
