A set of trials have been scheduled for Taupo on Thursday 14 October.

As the border currently stands it will be problematic for horses at Cambridge or Level 3 in general to attend from a staffing perspective.

NZTR is also addressing the issue of starting gate staff for the trials.

NZTR and the Cambridge JC have agreed on a small number of trials for Mdn horses over 970m to be held prior to the races on Wednesday.

The number of trials will be confirmed after nominations on Tuesday at midday.

These will be for horses that are living in Level 3 only.

Please note that these trials are subject to change depending on Monday’s government announcement.

The trials for Cambridge on 19 October remain scheduled.
