Under Level 2 Protocols, decisions are made by clubs or NZTR whether a race meeting may cater to and safely host managed groups of up to 100 persons. Owner’s letters for race meetings will also make this clear and will provide pre-booking requirements where limited attendances are provided.

If Alert Level 2 prevails on the day of these upcoming meetings, respective clubs have determined the following decisions.

Closed Door Meetings

The following meetings will be run as ‘closed door’ meetings:

Friday 8^th                      South Canterbury RC races

Saturday 9^th                 Matamata RC races

Limited Attendances

Respective clubs have decided that the following meetings will provide for limited pre-booked attendances for owners, sponsors or other defined groups:

Saturday 9^th                  Egmont RC races (Hawera)

Sunday 10^th                  Winton JC races (Ascot Park) – NOTE: Owners only, no facilities.

Attendees admitted to these meetings must adhere to restrictions on movement, mask wearing and be free of any symptoms of cold or flu.
