A Mdn 2YO 1000m ($15,000) has been added to the Matamata meeting on Saturday 9 October. This has been approved by the Northern Programme Committee. There is an Open 2YO (SW and P) race at the Manawatu meeting on Thursday 14 October ($12,000). This race has always been programmed and has been shown on-line, but was omitted from the current programming booklet.
