For many of our apprentice jockeys, winter time creates a raft of opportunities for them to take advantage of their claims on the heavier tracks and further master their craft. This year, New Plymouth Raceway played host of the Apprentice Only Raceday which once again showcased the talented young horsewomen and men coming through our apprentice ranks.
