Would have won but for lugging inwards all the way up the home straight. If connections can sort out that problem she’ll be clearing maiden grade next time.

Had to do a lot of work out wide in the running and then hampered at a crucial stage. Would have finished closer with a kinder run, but sixth place less than five lengths from the winner was still a big improvement.
