Testify Me Race 6 Hawera 24 December

It took a good effort by this 5yo gelding to get up for third as he came from a long way back, went wide and was charging late in excellent sectionals. That was only his second run so third up over 1600m looks ideal.

Tough Time Race 5 Ashburton 21 December

At his debut, a case could be made for him winning the race. He was held up at a crucial stage and closed strongly in the best sectionals. He was in front soon after the post.

Te Toki Race 10 Matamata 23 December 

He came home very strongly in the best sectionals of the race. Third up he looks set to go close as he raced well against very good three year olds last season.

Canny Man Race 4 Pukekohe Park 26 December

He came from well back for a strong third in this, running the second best sectionals of the race. He should improve off that and be hard to beat next up.

Mohawk Brave Race 5 Pukekohe Park 26 December 

The way he kept up a strong finish right through the line in the best closing sectionals, shows that he might be better over 1600m next up.
