After a tough run three-wide on the pace, he did very well to get up for second in the best closing sectionals. Should be spot on for his next start.

Belclare Race 5 Woodville 13 August 

Rearing at the start probably cost her a winning stake, as she closed off in the best sectionals. She does look to have a future, so if she behaves herself at the start next-up, she should be very hard to beat.

Swiss Kitty Race 1 Te Rapa 14 August 

After getting back from a wide draw, she got out wider and hit the line hard in the best last 200 metres. She just needs a good draw to go one better.
