2. How did you get involved in racing:
A natural progression from show jumping, horses have been my life since the age of four
3. If you hadn’t been in racing, what would you have done:
I studied Finance at university so I suppose something in that sector.
4. Greatest dislikes:
Slow horses, no fun for trainers or owners!
5. Event in the world you’d like to attend:
I would love to go to Royal Ascot, hopefully one day I get a horse good enough to take.
6. Where in the world would you like to visit:
Northern Italy in particular Lake Como looks beautiful, so that’s probably first on the list.
7. Greatest place you’ve visited:
Great Barrier Island, it is another world.
8. What do you enjoy outside racing:
Golf, Traveling, Skiing (Both water and snow), catching up with friends and family.

Blyth Tait
10. Best thing about racing:
The way it brings people together.
11. Favourite horse(s):
Any horse with ability, but Hanger will always hold a special spot in my heart.
12. Best race you’ve seen:
1992 Stradbroke, Rough Habit threading the needle.
13. Biggest thrill in racing:
Probably Pinarellos Queensland Derby win. That was my first win and Group 1 win in Australia, made even more special by watching it with some close friends
14. What changes would you like to see in racing:
More accessibility to stable complexes to lower the barrier to entry for young trainers.
15. Most admired person in racing:
Everyone that wakes up at 3:30am to keep the wheels turning.
16. Best advice you’ve been given:
Be patient.
