The Taumarunui Racing Club races once each season, on the last Saturday in July, at Te Rapa Racecourse in Hamilton. They are a long-established Club who hold a very successful Feature winter race meeting each year and attract numerous favourable comments after each meet.
Membership: $25 annual subscription per person.

Featured meeting
Taumarunui Gold Cup Day
Held at Te Rapa Racecourse in Hamilton in July each season. There is free entry onto the course and food and refreshments available.
Members receive entry into the Kentucky Lounge where there are Member Promotions throughout the day. A lucky financial member on course has a chance to win a $2000 travel voucher on one of the races.
We have a prize for Best Presented Horse for each race.
Private suites are available for sponsors and/or private parties if available.
