Pukekohe Park

Pukekohe Park is New Zealand's most unique racing establishment, home to premier horse racing, motorsport, cycling and Franklin’s best Function & Events Centre.  The Thoroughbred Training Centre features a 15 metre-wide all-weather track with a dual lamp lighting system, three grass tracks, a plough, cinders and trotting ring. The stabling area caters for over 200 horses with tie-ups, weighing scales and a sand roll available for use. The Park is also home to a first-class motorsport circuit that is home to the V8 Supercars, D1NZ Drifting and the regular Open Testing Days. Course Info

The Course Proper at Pukekohe Park is 1918 metres long with a front straight of 447 metres, the second longest in New Zealand. The track was recently reconstructed with new drainage and irrigation systems installed, creating a premium racing surface. The track is also complemented with one of the new Mawsafe Plastic Running Rails enhancing horse and rider safety.
