Egmont R.C.

Egmont Racing Club holds approximately 5 meetings per season at Hawera Racecourse. The track is a spacious 1800m track with the straight consisting of 425m. The Hawera surface is generally acknowledged as one of the better racing tracks in the Central Districts.

The venue has two Grandstands; the Members have four lounges, 3 upstairs and 1 below.  It can provide corporate facilities for parties up to 100.  The Public Grandstand has a large concrete steps providing excellent viewing of the course.

Membership cost is $30 per annum which provides Members facilities for two at each raceday.
