Subject to confirmation from the TAB NZ Dates Committee the Ryder Stakes meeting scheduled for Saturday 25 July has been postponed until Thursday 30 July. Sunday 26 July was not an option.

New nominations will close on Monday 27 July with preference given to horses that accepted for the original meeting.

An early decision was important given the number of horses travelling and the rain forecasts below.
