The Timaru track has been inspected this afternoon by the RIB, after persistent rainfall today.  There are signs of surface water forming in some areas of the track. There is more rain forecast this evening. 

A decision on whether the meeting will proceed will be made at a track inspection at 6.15am Sunday.
