Swap of CD Meetings - 23 & 24 August

The TAB NZ Dates Committee has approved the following race meeting licence changes:

Due to the unavailability of the turf track at RACE Awapuni for Saturday 23 August, it was agreed that an alternative Central Districts turf venue be used on this date. As a result:

• The Egmont Racing Club meeting at Hawera has been transferred from Sunday 24 August to Saturday 23 August. This meeting will remain the same and now host the Industry day and Jumps programme originally scheduled for Hawera on the Sunday.

• The Marton Jockey Club meeting, originally set for Saturday 23 August, will now be held on the Awapuni Synthetic surface on Sunday 24 August. This will be the feature meeting for the weekend and will include minor distance adjustments as outlined below:
