Champion mare Legarto produced a thrilling victory to close out her New Zealand career in style, winning the Gr.1 Bonecrusher New Zealand Stakes under Opie Bosson for trainers Ken and Bev Kelso. The daughter of Proisir made it back-to-back Group One wins after taking out the Gr.1 Herbie Dyke Stakes last month, recording five career Group One victories so far, four in New Zealand.
