She has been super-consistent in recent times with a win, three seconds and a third from her last five starts. Likely to be right in the thick of the finish again.

Riccarton September 13 – Race 1

WAR OF SILENCE

Blue-blooded colt by Snitzel out of Group One winner Silent Sedition, bought by David Ellis for A$700,000 as a yearling. He was a promising second in a trial at Te Rapa last month. A bold debut is expected with Opie Bosson in the saddle.

Te Rapa September 14 – Race 6

DEBIT

Exciting mare who has won four of her five starts so far. She’s been off the scene since November, but scored a dominant trial win at Waipa on August 26 in fast time. Looks primed for a big effort fresh.

Awapuni Synthetic September 14 – Race 1

IT’S AMELIA

She has placed in all four of her Polytrack starts. The most recent of those was a strong-finishing second over 1200m here on August 24. The step up to 1400m should suit and she looks hard to beat.
