The catalogue for the 2025 edition of New Zealand Bloodstock’s Ready to Run sale is now online, with 480 juveniles set to go through the sale ring on November 12 and 13.

Sale graduates won another 10 Group One races and 12 stakes races last season, including Antino, Feroce, Gringotts, Mr Brightside and War Machine.

The 2025 Ready to Run Sale catalogue features the progeny of 114 stallions, including Savabeel, Proisir, Per Incanto, Super Seth, Almanzor, Satono Aladdin, Shamexpress, Zoustar, I Am Invincible and Snitzel.

New Zealand Bloodstock Andrew Seabrook has been pleased with the catalogue on offer and is hoping to build on the sale’s momentum from recent years.

“The results of the last few years from this sale have just been incredible,” New Zealand Bloodstock managing director Andrew Seabrook said.

“From the $1.65 million colt last year, to the sheer number of Group One winners this season, there’s just no comparison.

“We are thrilled with the calibre of horses on offer again this year, educated by New Zealand’s elite horsemen and women.

“With the number of hotel bookings already, we’re looking forward to November and welcoming everyone back to Karaka.”

More than two dozen of the two-year-olds in the Ready to Run Sale catalogue are eligible for the lucrative TAB Karaka Millions Series, while any horse purchased at the Sale can compete in the NZB Kiwi (1500m).

The 2025 edition of the Ready to Run Sale will take place at the Karaka Sales Centre from 10am on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 November, with breeze-ups to be held at Te Rapa Racecourse on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 October.
