"I think here (New Zealand) it is a lot more of a level playing field and it's great to see that we can both ride equally in the sport and it is becoming more and more of a bigger thing that woman are riding and actually being champion jockeys like Portia over here and Rachel Blakemore at home, its really nice to see" Relishing in the opportunities the New Zealand jumps racing scene has to offer, Ellie Callwood has enjoyed her first season here and is hoping to add more stints over here in the future. Not only has she been making the most of her time on the track, but the young Brit has been taking in all that our beautiful country has to offer any chance she can get!
