Built in Otago, a horse ambulance attends close to 700 race meetings, trials, equestrian events throughout New Zealand, safeguarding the well-being of our beloved equine athletes. We spoke with Matamata Veterinary Services' Roisin McQuillan on the importance of this essential service during the NZ Horse Ambulance Trust's winter appeal, Here for the Horse.
