Created with High Performance Sport personnel, the programme focuses on developing, retaining, and establishing our apprentice jockeys for long-term success. Receiving expert mentoring from riding masters, dieticians, sports psychologists and stipendiary stewards, they can begin their careers equipped with the skills, knowledge and support needed to thrive.
