It takes a very special kind of horse to find itself as part of the team at the Riding for the Disabled, so it came as no surprise to find four beautiful retired Thoroughbred's changing lives at the Tauranga RDA. General Manager Elisha Olds was full of praise for the thoroughbreds on her team and enlightened us as to why the versatility, willingness and kindness of the Thoroughbred makes them a perfect candidate in their semi-retirement.
