A stalwart of New Zealand thoroughbred racing, David Ellis of Te Akau Racing was tonight inducted into the Racing Hall Of Fame. Under Ellis’s leadership, Te Akau Racing was founded with a unique model based on syndication, and no individual has had a more profound impact on the New Zealand Bloodstock Karaka Yearling Sales than David Ellis. With an array of trainers, David alongside wife Karyn have achieved incredible results.
