New Zealand's top professional players are powered by Thoroughbred's, and the breeds influence on the elite level was on full display in this weekend's NZ Polo Open Final where over 85% of the horses playing were retired racehorses. The Thoroughbreds sheer speed, versatility and their big hearts are what makes them such a valuable asset on the field and we were thrilled to see so many throughout the week sporting their green stickers which help to identify and also highlight the many OTTB's thriving in their new careers post racing.
