Summary: “Lovely return trial from SUPER PHOTON in 3rd who carried himself best, dropped his head in the run and worked to the line nicely in what was a bunchde field with many tightened for room. Winner ALABAMA LASS raced keen in behind when restrained and showed her class late, 2^nd placed MOVE TO STRIKE had clear running throughout. ARCHAIC SMILE for Tony Pike had more to give with no room in the run.”

Summary: “Big test for the country’s leading 2YO of last season VELOCIOUS to see if she can progress in the new season and passed her first test with flying colours, a dominant display sitting off the speed she swept on by and looked a class above her rivals. A good finish from BELARDI weaving runs late, he enjoys the soft conditions.”

WAITAK equally impressive having a typically quiet trial working home from the back.”

Summary: “Big trial from GRAIL SEEKER back in 5^th position, he was placed under a ‘monkey grip’ by her rider in the run, she wasn’t allowed to improve at any stage and looked full of running in the straight. Proved herself a genuine Group-class filly last season and pay to follow into the new.”
