Last year's Group One 2000 Guineas winner Pier (Proisir x La Vitesse) made a bold statement that he is back and ready to rock and roll when resuming in the Open 1300m at Te Aroha racecourse in the hands of Sam Weatherley for father and sister training duo Darryn & Briar Weatherley.
