TRAVEL SUBSIDIES

FEATURE RACE DEADLINES

Second withdrawals closed today, 18 October for the four feature races at the 2023 New Zealand Cup Meeting. Twenty-one threeyear-olds remain in the $600,000 G1 Al Basti Equiworld Dubai New Zealand Two Thousand Guineas® and 38 in the $500,000 G1 Barneswood Farm New Zealand One Thousand Guineas®. Forty-six horses remain in the $300,000 Martin Collins New Zealand Cup and 28 in the $250,000 Coupland’s Bakeries Mile. 

Final late entries close Tuesday 7 November for the Al Basti Equiworld Dubai New Zealand Two Thousand Guineas® and Tuesday 14 November for the Barneswood Farm New Zealand One Thousand Guineas®. Wednesday 8 November for the Coupland’s Bakeries Mile and Martin Collins New Zealand Cup. 

$100,000 BONUS PRIZE – AL BASTI EQUIWORLD DUBAI NZ 2000 GUINEAS

A reminder that the Trustees of the Christchurch Racecourse will provide a $100,000 bonus to the owners of the first three placegetters in the Al Basti Equiworld Dubai New Zealand 2000 Guineas.  The bonus will be paid $70,000 to the winning owner/s, $20,000 to the owner/s of the second placegetter and $10,000 to the owner/s of the third placegetter.
