Quintessa made it a stakes double for Te Akau Racing at Hastings on Saturday, rallying late to take out the Gr.3 Gold Trail Stakes (1200m), giving part-owner Stacey Jones an early taste of success ahead of the NZ Warriors finals game against the Penrith Panthers on Saturday night.
