New Zealand Bloodstock has announced the appointment of Patrick Cunningham to their Bloodstock Sales team.

Currently responsible for the sales, accounts and marketing activity of New Zealand Bloodstock’s online subsidiary gavelhouse.com, Cunningham will boost the bloodstock arm of the company when he takes up his new role in August.

“Patrick has been an incredible asset to Haylie (Martin, gavelhouse.com General Manager) and the gavelhouse.com arm of the business during the last two years,” New Zealand Bloodstock Managing Director Andrew Seabrook said.

“With his background in the industry, his passion and knowledge of bloodstock, this position will be the perfect role for him to develop and utilise those skills in the next stage of his career.

“He has already built some great relationships with our buyers and vendors, and I know he will be a fantastic asset to the bloodstock team going forward.”

Cunningham is excited to take up his new role, where he will work alongside Bloodstock Sales Manager Kane Jones in Waikato.

“It’s an exciting time for the industry and I truly believe there is plenty to look forward to,” Cunningham said. 

“I’m ready for the challenge in moving to the bloodstock team, and grateful for the opportunity.”
